1.Why do I fail to download the ActiveX control on the client machine?

  •      The security settings of IE on the client machine are incorrect.

            Please verify the following security settings of IE to "Prompt" or "Enabled":
               a) Download signed ActiveX controls
               b) Run ActiveX Controls and plug-ins
               c) Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting

2.Why reports are not viewed?

  • Pop up Blocker should be OFF to view Report. Please follow the below step to off the pop up blocker.

  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Click on Tools from the top menu bar.
  • Select Pop-Up Blocker and choose "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker" from its sub menu.

    4.Update the ActiveX

                    Please follow the link and follow the procedures

  • 5.Do you have folder named "UploadMOL" placed under C:\?


    6.Why the Reports are not opening?

  • Pop Up Blocker should be OFF on your browser

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader should be installed on system. Incase, reports cannot be viewed on your screen due to any reason, please go to reprint and check the report. Failer in doing so will result in paying extra charge for service.

    7. Barcode font installation

                 Download the font and install it in C:\windows\Fonts\ folder

  • click to Download Barcode Font

    8. e-Signature Device Installation(AET63 BioTRUSTKey)

                 Download the following Zip file, Unzip and run the enclosed .bat file

  • click to Download Installer Zip File

                 Download the following driver and run it.

  • click to Download Device Driver

                 Restart computer after installing driver

                 Download the following Zip file, Unzip and run the enclosed .bat file

  • click to Download Installer Zip File

                 Download the following driver and run it.
